It was a beautiful day yesterday and we just couldn't help but get out and enjoy the wonderful March weather. So we packed up a picnic (really it was going through a drive through and picking up food) and headed to Holmes Lake. 
And believe it or not, Mom, a mother of 8 boys, threw her first frisbee!!! Unbelieveable!! And she did impressively well!

Just wanted to let everyone know that those pictures Alissa took were on her new cell phone!! Not too bad of quality I must say! The picnic was great. (Other than the fact it took me three games of ladder golf, and Susan as my partner for me to actually win a game)
Victory, are you saying that having my Mom as a partner made you lose???? Life isn't always about winning. He he. Wish we could have been there.
No I didn't win until she was on my team! Her and Deann were scoring the most points and doing the best.
Steph, you're right........but it's not always about losing either
Mom's never thrown a frisbee? What else hasn't she done? I thought everyone had played frisbee! Oh a picnic, what a lovely idea.
