The house is a five level split, which means Michael will still have to climb some stairs to the Master bedroom. Paola loves the vaulted ceiling and is happy that it already has stainless steel appliances, (except her above the stove microwave). But once you see the landscaping, you'll see why we gave in. Dillon talked Rocio out of the larger of the upstairs bedrooms, because she is headed back to college. Rocio even approves of the house.
New Albany is a suburb of Columbus; the high school is beautiful, modeled after Jeffersons Monte Cello estate. Dillon can't wait to be there. We are very excited to "finally" have a temple in town and to be able to visit it as often as we can. Even Rocio is excited because they have two YSA ward over there... believe it or not there is 5 stakes in town... we even have a neighbor 3 houses down who is a member of the church. Here are some pictures of our new home, sorry they are not very good but that is what you get when send your daughter to take them... sorry Rocio, but what is true is true.

House looks great, maybe some time we will get out there to see it in person. Hope all is well and when do you get to move in.
WOW! five levels! I think I'm too lazy for that! But it looks beautiful!
Congratulations! We are very happy for you! I'm sure you will love it in Ohio. Will Michael's company take care of selling your home?
wow! the house is beautiful. I am so glad your trip was successful.:D
We will love it and we welcome all of you to come visit us (just not all at the same time :>)) We will be about 2 hours away from Kirtland.
Amy... We should be closing By 03/19. But we think we will move in the week of 03/27, as we want to wait for Dillon to finish his quarter here in DM.
Alissa... think firm thighs...
Kristie... Mike's company will buy our house if we don't sell it in 60 days, besides that they are paying for our move, closing cost on our new house, commissions for the sale of the current house, plus all moving expenses. We feel very blessed...
Thank you Randall!
So pretty and quaint. The high school sounds snobby though compared to North East. :)
Hey we have friends from Lincoln who live there. Maybe you will run into them while you are there (before they move to Texas in June). Look for Dr. Al Burns, DDS. The house is vERY nice, congratulations! Notice Stephanie commented on the house, but has posted NOTHING about her new baby?!
Stacey... where in Ohio do your friend live at... we are moving to the New Albany ward... could you find out what ward your friends are in?
Our friends live in Westerville, which looking at a map of Columbus isn't but a stone's throw away from you. I don't that you are in the same ward though, maybe the same stake. I'll have to look into it. They are fantastic people and you'd love them. I miss them all the time.
